Reversing Camera faulty

I have a 2016 KIA Niro Hybrid and need to replace the rear view reversing camera, my local KIA dealer has quoted me over £800 to change it!

It seems to work normally around 30% of the time, very occasionally goes to B&W then off or it's just showing the 2 lines on a black screen.

I’ve attempted to get to it by removing the rear wiper arm completely and unscrewing the small screw in the casing thinking it would just lift off, however even using a thin pallet knife under the casing it will not come away from the rear screen.

Does anyone know if it should come away or how you can access the camera?

Hi.
I was lucky my reversing camera was replaced under warranty as water had got in it. The service engineer said the seals were probably poorly done from manufacture and corrosion was effecting the unit/ elec connections. No idea how to replace it but pretty sure whole of tailgate interior needs removing etc

Thanks for the feedback, I think you're right about the tailgate interior I'm waiting for a price off an independent company hopefully a lot cheaper than KIA!
