eNiro charging problem

Has anybody had the problem of the eNiro stopping charging before the chosen level is completed.
The dealer can find no problem.
I have used a friends charger and cable and the fault still occurs . So that rules out a fault with my charger and or my cable.
Any Ideas?

SORTED!
After a lot of faffing about and hours of Warranty(!) labour, it was a software problem that an update cured. All tickety-boo now!
Key fob battery died this morning.
To quote CARWOW.
3 annoying things about the Kia eNiro.
1. in spite of all the wizard tech on this car, there is no warning that your fob battery needs replacing. It JUST STOPS working! ANNOYING!
2. What moron put the reversing warning beeper under the FRONT bumper (and you cannot turn it off!) STOOPID!!
3. Apparently the same moron that switches on the FORWARD parking proximity warning when you're going BACKWARDS. If you don't remember to switch it on when approaching an obstruction, you may well 'kiss' whatever you are approaching. Even MORE STOOPID!!!
