Thanks I appreciate that, if it solves the problem i'll contact my dealership.

Garage said today it was nothing to do with the updates. The problem all along is an MLL module that controls the lighting. They are faulty and mine is now dead. New one ordered but could take-up to 3 weeks to come.
Let you know in month or so if problem solved.

Car went in today. They replaced the mood light unit control ECU. All mood lighting now working. They reckon update messed the ecu up which eventually died.

Under setup, display, adjust colour and ratio are still greyed out. Mechanic showed thst these bits are for playing of video via USB stick. . Just in case you didn't know.

Also the purple colour of the home screen cannot be changed. Again didn't know this.
