Update complete, many thanks

My 2023 HEV4 I had two over the air updates, but now they want to charge me £80 for two further updates. So I'm not paying that and have downloaded the update on a usb stick. What I would like to know is how do you know when it has completed the update?

I just logged on to say the same thing. Ambient lighting back, then after two weeks it gone again. What's going on!

It's back! Got into my car and the Ambient / Mood lighting was back, went into settings and all the colours were there. Fantastic, I did miss it.

Thanks AlanHo, very interesting video but also quite terrifying as I think my 12v battery is under the rear seat as there is a vent down the side of the seat by the floor. Not the best place to put it due to the fire risk.

Yes I did report it to my dealership, but like you nothing has happen.

No I haven't, but now I know am not the only one with this problem I will be contacting my dealership. The more people that complain the better, then perhaps Kia will correct this error.

I thought it was just me, but i'm the same no Ambient mood lighting. I had my Niro in July and also had OTA update. Hopefully there will be another update to correct this error, just like Apple do.
