this is due to the hca leaking brake fluid(which is flammable, but not as much as your AC Gas) onto the motor windings causing a potential hotspot. the fix is simple quick and if the dealer had any cause for concern the HCA would be replaced as per the TSB

would you want a risk of a spark? near a fuel? kia are planning bi yearly updates for AVN 1x 4x 5x, this is just not map updates but other fixes such as phone compatibility and other issues such as SLIF info compatibility

These vehicles have a transit switch i the fuse box, if you turn to off it will preserve the battery life for long periods of inactivity

there is a new PCB(fuse box) that causes the fuel pump to run, and this is a service action that the dealer will be aware of, it has also been aware that the rear door catches may be an issue but the dealers will need to carry out a thorough dark current check and eliminate them as per the workshop ...

check your fuel cap for debris and tree sap as it is common to cause these to stick, if that is ok then the spring on the inside of the fuel flap(by the hinge) may need adjusting, if you are still having issues,go to your nearest dealer and they should be able to sort that for you. as for the judder...
