Re: E-Niro test drive

Surely it must be 3.6 miles per kw or better still 4.4 miles per kw which is about what I get with my PHEV, I put in according to my charger 8.7KW and travel 35-36 miles if it is a warm day, 28-30 if it is cold

I think my maths are correct, 3.6 kw per mile = 0.30 x 3.6 =1.08

Re: E-Niro test drive

Was the 3.6kw per mile, surely it was better than that, the £0.30 per KW at some charging stations, comes out at £1 per mile

Re: Minor irritation with Niro

You also have a button in the door panel which unlocks the doors on the PHEV, and then automatically locks again when you drive off,no need to switch off.
It is interesting that the HEV and PHEV have different systems for what you would think would be basic configuration

Re: Bulb upgrade

I wore gloves because I read that I should, although I knew all about handling halogen bulbs, but your hands are no where near the actual bulb only the holders

Re: New Owner

I did not recognize the older models in that review, the NIRO HEV did not have a handbrake did it? I know that the PHEV did not.
Also my PHEV already has "Active Lane Keep Assist"
