Got mine in pearl white - cool in the sun, fairly pretty, is very visible on the road.
Don't have a pic on me, but this one is pretty much exactly how it looks (has a kind of gradient shine to it):

Don't inch forward on a dual clutch transmission. I doubt that cold weather would effect a Li ion battery. I am more concerned about KIA's choice of battery type after the problems met in the Boeing Dreamliner aircraft where Li ion batteries caught fire - sometimes exploding. djpfaff, for the first 1000ish Km I was getting even worse numbers than you - now it's pretty much stable on 4.5 highway, 3.9 city. Think it's related to the engine run-in period, but can't be sure.
