New Niro just ordered.

Post by patc » Tue Sep 26, 2017 4:23 pm

Afternoon,
Just ordered Kia Niro 4 for delivery on 7th October.
New to hybrids, just got out of Ford Kuga 2l Tdci.
Lovely car but too big and as I work in Central London, not PC enough anymore.
Looking forward to life on this Forum. :)

Hi Patc

Welcome to the forum .... And congratulations on your new Niro 4 , you will love it .... I use to have a Kuga 163 Mk1 , great car , but as i don't do the miles , and i did have a problem with a DPF sensor which was sorted , i thought its time to get rid while it still had some value ... And i would say , the Niro is as quick as the Kuga i had .

Thanks Steve and Jimmy,
Been making up my mind since Feb. Several test drives and got a decent trade in and deal on the Niro.
Really looking forward to delivery, must remember no more diesel!
Going to have a good look through the forum.

How do all. Took delivery of my Niro 4 on Saturday 7thOctober. Coming from my 2l Kuga I can't even begin to compare the two cars. Fred Flintstone to the space age! Really needing to concentrate on learning the " hybrid" way of driving! Am amazed at the mpg . Took it on the motorway today and put it into Sports. Even then the mpg continued to improve! I know it's early days and will do my brim to brims! Many thanks to all at GWR Kia for getting me into my first Kia. Much more to come.
