New PHEV driver

Just had my new PHEV Niro on the 20th January. Nice ride and very economical on my commute. Doesn't quite match the MPG on my Prius for the long trips but overall still saving around £40 per month plus £60 reduction in company car tax.

Just one issue I have at the moment which I'm hoping my dealer can sort. My UVO app seems not to connect to the car any more. Anyone seen this?

Yes they have just done an update on the app. Make sure you are all the way out of the app , download latest version and you should be OK. Make sure it’s the UVO Kia one as well.

Since UVO update I can't connect to my PHEV Niro. Get error no response from vehicle.
App appears to connect to server OK but can't communicate with vehicle.

Have uninstalled and re installed UVO App. Still no response from my Kia Niro when trying to update status.

I just tried to enter my VIN but it says it's invalid.
