Hi,

I thought I should introduce myself.

I'm a driving instructor based in Yeovil, Somerset, U.K. specialising in teaching the physically disabled and/or learning difficulties, I took delivery of my Kia eNiro 5th March and sent it off to have £6,500 worth of adaptations fitted to it for my disabled pupils, however whilst it was away lock down occurred so I had a shiny new car but no pupils so I started a YouTube channel about my car which has taken off quite well I think with 122 subscribers nearly 700 hours of viewing in only 4 months and 8 videos.

I thought some of you might be interested in them so I give a link to my channel..

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCfR0sR ... zfRw14dwA/

Can I be cheeky and ask you to click the thumbs up icon if you like a video, comment if you want I always try to reply, share and of course subscribe.

I would of course be only too pleased to offer any help I can to those who know of "challenged" people returning to driving or trying to continue to drive.

Regards

Peter Cary

Welcome. Yes i have seen your channel on tube and its quite good. These days there is quite a lot of competition for car channels. Interestingly, you might be the first driving school to offer electric car instruction which is a step forward.
The only criticism I have is that these drivers will have no experience of any manual vehicle which could be a disadvantage in the next few years. Is the licence , presumably (automatic) vehicle only.
Having driven all types myself an auto is ridiculously easy with non stall and run back protection/ creep options! Makes the 3 point turn almost idiot proof!
Progression may be but skill less so.
