Are there any dog owners here?

All previous cars have allowed me to leave my dogs in the car, with a window
or sunroof open, by disabling the alarm before locking it.

Does anyone know if there is someway of doing this with the Niro?
Could be a problem if it's not possible !

Have just discovered that the car can be locked with the sunroof open/tilted up.
Just need to find out if the dogs can be left inside without them setting off the alarm.

The spec list just says Alarm system with engine immobiliser. As it does not say internal scanning, it may not have the sensors so if it is only perimeter protection it will not need to be disabled when leaving a dog in it.
