Hi my 2018 model without the 12v battery in the boot is due on 13th November.
I'm looking to have a rubber boot mat ready for install as soon as it arrives as I prefer not to have things/cases etc sliding around in the boot.
Has any one used a universal cut to shape one?
Also what are the actual dimensions of the new model boot floor including maximum width and between the wheel arches?
Thanks

I fitted a universal boot mat , got it from Home Bargains , £3.99 and it fits nice and pretty good quality , but you need to be good with the scissors ... I cut quite a lot off , so should be more than enough for your boot.

From looking at one in the showroom, the gap where the battery was is a drop in the floor so the actual size of a mat I think would be the same as a my17 one.
Used the boot liner from the Kia Soul I traded in.
Works fine, perfect width.
About 3 inches short from back to front which allows it to slide it clear of the handle to lift up the floor - very handy.
