Hi everybody,
As a newcomer, apologies if this has been asked a million times...
Waiting for delivery of my Niro with 16in wheels, and browsing breakers sites for a full-size spare, specifying Niro.
Anybody know if there's a suitable 16in wheel from other bigger-selling Kia models which might be more widely available?
All the best

I have a Niro 4 with a full size spare wheel kit which includes a jack and all the spanners you would need.
Fits beautifully under the tray at the rear - highly recommended.
Guess there must be a 16 inch kit available.

Hopp, out of interest, how long did yours take to arrive ? We bought a Niro 4, ordered spare wheel kit. Car arrived 1st September, but no spare wheel yet. 'On its way from South Korea' apparently.

Thanks for that...but I'm looking to pay less than Kia are asking!

I sourced a generic hyundai/kia spacesaver off ebay. Hub and bolt centres all fine- wheel fits fine. Dia is 16" - as I understand is the Kia option one. Although I have 18" alloys have been advised 16 is okay on the limited range/speed basis applicable to all spacesavers. Also advised to switch of traction control when using- again a precaution for all spacesavers when in use i am told.

Hello, I bought a nearly new Niro 3 at the end of last year and wanted a full size spare. The dealers quoted £220 for a space saver. After a bit or research, I bought a genuine Kia 18 inch alloy from caraccesoriesplus.co.uk for £163.49. I then got a new budget tyre for £53. All good

Hi everybody,
A quick update on my 16" spare wheel hunt if it's of interest to anybody.
My Kia dealer quoted me £213.50 for a full-size spare and tools.
Instead went for a space-saver spare from The Wheel Shop for £140 plus tools.
Fits fine in place of the lower boot tray, so still room for the top tray above. Not sure if you could get a full-size spare under that top tray, which is obviously a useful place to stow the jack. The original heavy-duty 1.5-ton jack supplied was just a little too big to fit under the boot floor, so I asked them if they did a smaller one. They sent me a smaller 1-ton jack which fits fine. They say ity's good enough to change a tire, because you're only lifting one corner of the car.
Best of all, they said just keep the original jack, and sent me the new one no cost. That's what I call service!
